Thirty – six cultural events were presented as part of the RegioActive Festival Goleniów 23rd Goleniów Theater Meetings Bramat. Five festival days were full of performances (including out-door performances), concerts, performative actions, happepings, movies and animation for children. Two performances were premiered at Festival Bramat: a group of volunteers from the European Solidarity Corps – Brama LAB “Animal Tales” and “Coś z Nietzschego” by Teatr Brama and Monogamik ensemble.
This year’s festival was a summary of three years of work as part of the RegioActive project, which we carry out together as the Goleniów House of Culture, the Brama Theater Association and Schloss Broellin. For the last three years, in the RegioActive project, we have connected artists, animators and residents of Polish and German Pomerania. Several thousand people on both sides of the border met to create and experience art during thirteen microfestival events. This year’s edition of the Festival is a combination of the finals of the RegioActive project with the 23rd edition of the Bramat Theater Meetings in Goleniów. As part of the event, we invited the most interesting proposals that were created during the three years of the RegioActive project. In this way, we enriched the cultural offer of the entire festival with various cultural events, and Goleniów itself once again became the theatrical and cultural capital of Western Pomerania, which was visited by 180 artists from Poland and Europe.
Thank you very much for the time spent together. We are very happy that, together with you, we have once again managed to create an amazing Theater celebration, which is the Bramat Theater Meetings in Goleniów. We hope that the magic and atmosphere of the festival will stay with us for a long time!
