Premiere of the Play “Bal u Heretyków”

Teatr Brama invites you to the premiere of the play “The Heretics’ Ball,” which will take place on October 24 and 25 at 7:00 PM, as well as on October 26 at 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM at Rampa Kultura in Goleniów. Additionally, the ensemble will present the play on October 27 at 5:00 PM in Szczecin at Teatr Kana. The play was created as part of the OFF Polska program organized by the Zbigniew Raszewski Theatre Institute. It was funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.

Bal u Heretyków is a musical performance about rebels, the misunderstood, criminals, revolutionaries, instigators, prophets, and preachers—those cast out by society. How, and who, can become a heretic?

Here’s what the creators say about the play:
“We invite you to a ball. There will be live music, elegant attire, as well as nooses, stakes, drowning, and torture. Over a cigarette, we’ll talk about rebellion. Does it make sense? Can we escape it? We’ll sing about everything worth dying for. We’ll loudly mock everything we can and quietly weep for ourselves. We’ll find a way to offend everyone in the audience. And we won’t apologize—consider this your warning.”

Free tickets for the performances will be available starting October 18 at the Cultural and Tourist Information Center, Wolin Gate Square 1 in Goleniów.
